Gap Girl

This is what I like to call a "pre-Fall" outfit. It's still unacceptably early to be thinking about autumn...but all the September issues of magazines are coming out, and store windows are bringing on pumpkin spice latte cravings. Come on, I know I'm not the only ones who feels this way! So on that note - "pre-Fall".Luckily, Toronto's weather has been up and down lately, and I chose to wear this ensemble on a down day. The jeans and white shirt were comfortable on their own, but the denim jacket was a perfect throw-on. It was a little rainy and cool this day, so I got away with looking back-to-school fresh. All my clothes are coincidentally from the Gap! The jeans I'm wearing are part of the new "Resolution" denim line, and they are GREAT.Gap GirlI'm kind of a snob when it comes to jeans - I usually stick to ultra-pricey Citizens of Humanity. I just don't think any other brand can replicate the comfort and fit. But these Gap Resolution jeans actually come pretty close. The lovely sales associate who helped me told me that the customer just before was a ballerina with the National Ballet of Canada, and she bought three pairs. Apparently she felt so comfortable in them, she claimed she could dance a whole show in them. I believe it!Gap GirlGap GirlGap GirlGap GirlI hope you all have a wonderful week ahead! My photographer is on holiday in the Dominican Republic, so I'll be using instagram a lot more instead :)Jacket - The Gap / Shirt - The Gap / Jeans - The Gap / Shoes - J.Crew Factory / Bag - Alexander Wang / Necklaces - roadside in Cuba
