Gift Guide 2018 - For Guys

My next gift guide is for the guys in your life. I think men are easy to buy for, but I've already run through all the typical presents for my dad, brother, Azim, and guy friends (whiskey stones, good headphones, assorted sweaters, leather goods, cologne). I think a safe bet is to buy them something they wouldn't necessarily buy for themselves, and that's how I tried to put together this guide:Row 1Camel coat from Club Monaco - I personally think camel coats are universally flattering for men. I've never met a guy who hasn't looked instantly sharper while wearing a nicely tailored camel coat. Most men will lean towards black, grey, and navy, but I think camel is just as easy to wear and looks twice as nice. This is a gift for a loved one, whose size you know :)Wood-print S'well Bottle - I love S'well water bottles! They're definitely pricey, but the triple insulated walls do work to keep cold for 24 hours and hot for 12 hours. I think simple everyday items that work REALLY well are such a nice gift. Also, Azim took my S'well bottle and uses it all the time!Kiehl's Skincare - For the man in your life who needs to start a self-care routine, or needs a restock for his regimen :) Kiehl's is a great brand that I love, and so does my dad! This kit has a nice "masculine" design, and already comes nicely wrapped.Row 221 Lessons for the 21st Century - This is a good gift for anyone really, but most of my guy friends aren't into fiction novels, so I think this would be a great read for them. It has amazing reviews, and would be perfect for the bookworm on your list. I think it's also a good book for those who aren't necessarily big readers - it covers current topics, so I think it would be easy to find it interesting and quick to read.Away luggage - I have heard nothing but rave reviews about this luggage! Its main selling features are a built in USB charger and TSA-approved integrated locks, but the luggage is also designed so simply and beautifully. Perfect for the jetsetter in your life!Subscription to the Monocle - I gave Azim a year's subscription to the Monocle last year, and I think it's the only thing he's read consistently besides his textbooks. The Monocle is an incredible publication - it's sophisticated and thought-provoking. There are interesting articles in every edition. Even the ads are carefully curated and look good. A great gift for the gentleman on your list :)Row 3Ugg slippers - Again, another simple but excellent everyday item! I don't think any of the guys in my life would buy themselves nice slippers!Jolly AF Socks - These fun and festive socks are great stocking stuffers, or perfect for your work pals.Beard Apron - Ok, I personally think this is GENIUS. I haven't actually asked Azim for his input (he probably wouldn't want to use it), but this would be a gift to MYSELF. Azim is very meticulous about keeping his environment clean, but I always seem to find a few stray prickly hairs after he's trimmed his beard. This amazing contraption makes cleanup so much easier! Ladies, what do you think? I guess the guys should weigh in, too :)Thanks as always for reading!! xox
