Nutella Banana Bread
Wow, I think this is my first recipe post on Jocelyn Caithness!My love of baking is surpassed only by my love of eating carbohydrates, which means that baking is a fairly satisfying hobby. I'll try to share some more recipes, especially as the holiday season approaches.For now, I'll share my Nutella Banana Bread recipe. I took a standard banana bread recipe, swapped out a few ingredients, and subbed in Nutella. I've written down "1/3 cup" for the Nutella measurement, but if you're a little generous with the scooping I won't tell anyone!This loaf turned out to be deliciously dense, moist (sorry for everyone who hates that word!), and chocolatey. If you prefer your banana bread to be banana-y, this probably isn't for you.
