Calamity Jane

Today's post is short and sweet - Azim took a spontaneous trip to Florida, so I was without a photographer for this week's outfit post. I had to make do with what I had, and ended up shooting this quick outfit I threw together to go eat New Year's Day tacos with my dad and little brother.My dad called me Calamity Jane as soon as I emerged from my room in my wide-brimmed hat and cool jacket. I suppose this outfit could be a modern take on the quick-shootin' reckless cowgirl...but I was actually just trying to stay warm while still looking stylish at the same time. The hat is felt, the scarf is wool, and the jeans allowed maximum comfort for taco consumption. However, if someone wants to tell me I look like a badass, I'll take the compliment ;)I'm still loving this clutch that Sarah gave me, and I'm making good use of my camo-booties for as long as I can!
