What I Wore II
This week's What I Wore was hard for me to push out - I was pretty sick, and worked from home a couple of days, so my outfits weren't at my most creative. Nevertheless, I still wanted to give you guys a snapshot of what that kind of week looks like for me!This light denim - dark accessories combo was one of my favourite outfits this week. The Levi's are real denim with zero stretch, but are still soft. I thought they looked pretty badass with the leather jacket, and I threw on some comfy boots for walking, and a light wool scarf for warmth. It is still winter after all! These fun reflective frames are from Bonlook - the last few pairs of sunglasses I bought all have mirrored frames.Scarf, top, jeans - Artizia / Boots - Marc Fisher / Sunglasses - BonlookI really liked the stripes-on-stripes in this outfit. I wanted to look put together because I had meetings this day - but I always like to inject my own personality into "business" looks. I'll rarely wear a black blazer with dress pants...unless I'm pairing it with a red lipstick, black bra, stilettos, and a cocktail.Blazer and striped top - J.Crew / Skirt - Zara / Shoes - Banana Republic / Glasses - BonlookThis is the equivalent of wearing PJs to work for me. The cashmere-wool turtleneck is the same one I spoke about in my last post. It's cozy, flattering, and matches almost any skirt or pair of pants I own. The pants I'm wearing are soooo comfortable - I can see myself adding several colours to my wardrobe in the coming months - they're the "Cohen" pants from Aritzia.Sweater and pants - Aritzia / Boots - Marc Fisher / Glasses - BonlookI was so busy this day, I didn't even get a chance to snap my outfit underneath. This is essentially what I looked like walking to and from work :) The sweater underneath was bright pink, and if I could have kept those sneakers on allll day I would. Azim got them for me for Christmas - he has the same pair, and I always love to copy his sneaker game :)Beanie - The Bay / Coat - H&M / Jeans - The Gap / Sneakers - Adidas / Glasses - Bonlook Thanks for reading! Hope you're staying warm and healthy xox
