Dear Santa...My Wishlist
My favourite part about Christmas is giving gifts, not getting them. This is the truth! The older I get, the more I realize it :)But I also love giving gifts to myself, because sometimes I deserve them ;). I usually treat myself with tickets to the Toronto Symphony Orchestra or a nice dinner out, but here are a few things that I've been visiting and revisiting over the past few weeks and months.
Fujifilm INSTAX SHARE SP-2 Smart Phone Printer
iPhone + instax film = hipster heaven. I have an instax mini, and absolutely love the instant photo results, but it can be kind of a pain to carry around. I brought it to France this past summer and Azim would roll his eyes every time I yanked it out of my purse. The exposure can also be kind of fickle, and there's nothing worse than ruining a shot with the wrong settings. This little printer would save me all the hassle!
Tickets to the Book of Mormon
I've been dying to see this show (first on my wishlist comes Hamilton, but because I'm not a millionaire I'll settle for Book of Mormon). It's playing in Toronto early next year, and tickets are on Groupon now! To splurge or not to splurge? It has rave reviews, so I am tempted!
Sandro Coat
I have an extensive outerwear collection, but one thing that's missing is a classic black winter coat. Can you believe it? I've been looking for one similar to what my mom wears - she looks so elegant in her ebony long-line coat that she picked up in Paris years ago. This Sandro version would be my interpretation of her look :)
Organza Chandelier Earrings
If I were a pair of earrings, I would probably look like this.
Kate Spade Heels
These shoes are reminiscent of my favourite pair of Valentino Rockstuds, but I adore the little bow and leopard print! They are so chic!
Fitbit Leather Strap
I would wear my Fitbit more regularly if it matched more of my outfits! The grey leather on this version is definitely more neutral than the black silicone strap I currently have, and I love the little touch of rose gold on this version.
Happy holidays! I'll be on vacation next week, and hoping to take some time to reflect on this past year. More blog updates soon xox
